There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer stated that he was "informed that the item HAS to be picked up either Monday, the 17t or Wednesday, the 19th, no exceptions." This is not what we ordered and we can't pickup on those days.

You did state that you could pick up on the 19th, so I went with that and all of a sudden you dropped the shipment and I was stuck without an option at the 11th hour. If you would have read the information I linked with the deal, it stated the hours of operation for the Berkley location. (They are a pain in the butt.)
