I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After I booked the shipment on 1/31/12 they called the nest day 2/1/12 and told me they will get the car next day 2/2/12 or 2/3/12 and deliver the same day or the next after pickup, this was the only time I have aver heard from them. I have emailed and called many times with no response at all, so I decided to cancel on 02/06/12 I don’t think I have many options, and I paid extra to fly a person to get me car.
