The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Icalled and book with this company on the 10th and have never heard back from them. I was told they would book within 5 days a nd it's now 8 days later. I called today to be told sorry, find someone else.

WE might not be perfect, but we do have constant communication with customers and they're always kept in the loop. Once in a while shipments can be delayed for different reasons, it's customer's choice to stick with us or cancel.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider listed he would pick up oven on 18th or 19th and then called at 7pm ob the 11th, stating he wouldn't be able to pick up oven.
