Overall, the shipping experience was good. Although our plants didn't arrive in the best shape, it was directly attributed to the harsh winter weather conditions they had to endure. We liked the updates on the status of the shipment and in particular, the sensitivity that was shown regarding our schedule and how to coordinate on the drop off date so that it was convenient for us--having just settled in we were very busy meeting with realtors and day care providers.
