A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Our commitment to our customer as we advertised in our profile is that they need to allow us 2 to 3 business days from booking before we pick up their vehicle, the customer booked with a different carrier because he was not able to wait for our truck. We run 8 trucks in the I-95 corridor weekly and we successfully move around 450 cars a month. We regret that we were not able to transport this customers vehicle but is not fair to say that we never showed up to pick up this vehicle.. Our dispatc

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Communication was unacceptable. Nobody showed up. If there is a problem with a truck i expect to be notified immediately. I shouldn't have to make a phone-call, be promised someone will show up at my door the next morning and once again; a no show? When i do business i live by my words and communication is always at its best and i expect the same from everybody else. no excuses.
