The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Forwarded photos of everything that had to be moved - shipper showed up and we spoke about moving items and then he decided to leave with no communication - very unprofessional.

I communicated with you I was on the phone with you from the location for almost a half hour. You requested that I move a clock without removing the cock works which 90% of the time can be taken out very easily. I cannot tell that from a picture!! This is one of the 10%. Sorry but I do not want to be your next lawsuit victim, which is what this move was all about moving stuff that you sued for. I got the full story while I was there.. NO THANK YOU!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider booked this shipment and agreed to ship 2 more bikes...but the shipper didn't want to list the items on uship told me I should have just 'googled' them and worked directly with them...I told them that I think the point of uship is that we should have to pay to use uship's service.
then told me they didn't have space on their trucks.
not comfortable at all - want to cancel the shipment.

Good thing we record all of our phone calls. We booked up before he accepted our bid. We contacted him directly and told him that. We still offered to move the bikes regardless. We never said to contact us directly, we stated that when we get contacted directly, the spot on our trailers get blocked out instantly vs. Waiting to see who accepts bids. He also misrepresented his shipment. He should have listed 3 bikes not 1. He is stealing Uship fees by only booking one bike instead of 3 bikes.
