Jim and Carol are two very nice people. I can highly recommend them as great for communications and easy to work with, very pleasant. I had a bit of trouble getting the CanAm to start because it was in reverse but got that resolved,(had me worked up and concerned)They were both pretty calm Put the windshield back on I removed it to prevent it from getting damaged, and showed Carol how to start it, open the gas and storage compartments, and unloaded Jim's Yamaha. Good people all around.
