Pat and Gerry were terrific in all phases. They were responsive, made arrangements for pickup of our puppy, provided status on their progress both via phone and email, and drove over 1,700 miles in less a day and a half. We got this 10 week old puppy from a family farm in very-rural PA and TurboJ brought him to us in Boulder, CO. Plus, it was easy to tell that they are very caring people.
