He totally misrepresented his shipment. Saying both vehicles would roll, steer and brake, driver got there and 1 had NO TIRES. We went out of our way to help this guy. Then he did a CHARGE BACK 4 weeks after delivery saying that we charged him FRAUDULENTLY! Even with us providing signed docs and proof of delivery, guy is a scam artist! I would STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CHARACTER if you like getting paid for the work you do. Even called me a stupid American when I called him. KARMA my friend..

Sad, He is a terrible broker, has no clue what acually happened,BECAUSE HE WAS NOT HERE!! All is wrong, we were over charged, and not paid back, both cars were as discribed before the pick up, both did not run, if he sent a person that SPOKE ENGLISH, It might have went better also. Stay away from brokers, See my feedback on the GOOD DRIVERS that towed for me, I say nothing but good things about them, thank you Uship!! Hope you get ride of this guy soon.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I arrived on the prescribed day, yes I was a little late due to DOT driving/rest regulations, but still willing to load at dusk, 6PM, to which the property owner Fred said Absolutely not, even knowing rain was due the next day. In my opinion Fred was unreasonable and non compromising even in light of the circumstances. The problem here is Barry, Fred said to me via telephone "better luck next time" to which I said OK, Barry is in a real hurry for this vehicle and is now looking for a new carrier

I (Barry) was and am Not in a hurry, I Only wanted what was Promised With emails for this Contract. It was even talked about a week before by email? He called Following Wednesday and said he would be there Thursday Morning, But found out He was 6 hours away, and still had a 2 car load Not even delivered Yet???? When I make a deal, and am told the time and date, Unless for a "Really good " reason like Wreck or Act of God,I wanted it done when promised, a Contract is a Contract.

What an awesome guy!! He was so excited to see his trailer, smiles on people's faces is what makes putting the miles and distance between me and my family worth it. Too much business and not enough appreciation for us haulers. This was not the case, he was very appreciate and excited..just a great guy to work with and very laid back. This shipper is what all shippers should be like.

THIS WAS THE WORST!!! He is Nothing but a Bottom Feeder "Broker"!! We had 2 cars to be delivered just 35 miles, 1 complete, (Not running) and other with a Flat tyre, (That we told him) He Sends a man that tells us "It is going to be more if you want them towed"! We were on a strict time schedule, and could not do anything But PAY THE PIPER!! The tow that was to be 1 price, was Nearly DOUBLE what was quoted! DONT TRUST THIS ""BROKER"" find a Good Towing Co. that is Doing the Job themself!

Bottom feeder broker? This customer is mad at his own lies. When this order was booked we called to confirm that BOTH vehicles were able to roll, steer and brake, he of course responded, yes yes yes. Not the same case when the driver arrived, one vehicle had NO TIRES! Paying double? Really? The additional cost was $125.00 that you recommended so we didn't cancel. Also customer did a charge back saying that we didn't deliver within window even though we were well within the agreement. SCAM ARTIST

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We felt we needed to Cancel this booking do to Him Not Fulfilling his contract Time. We Made arrangements on the 11th of Nov. ( week ahead of time)that it will be picked up on Wed. or Thurs of the following week, Also told on Wednesday. the 16th he would be there Now in the morning Thursday, We then get a call Thursday saying he is a good 7 hours away! And still has 2 cars to deliver before being here? We explained this is a breach of contract, and there was No way to pick it up Thursday Ni

Barry, I always maintained I would be there between the 17th and 18th, in the email, to which you said "sounds good" I arrived 4 to 6 hours behind schedule, to which Fred said no way to loading at dusk, I feel in light of pending rain, Fred was unreasonable, I have no issues loading in the dark. I never communicated with you about the 16th, that was a time frame for the pick up "between the 16th and 19th" I was there the day I said I would be, but it was dusk, your issue here is with Fred not me
