Shawn is in a league of his own, far above the rest. He took care of everything from start to finish. He's professional, friendly, and more then punctual. Amazing communication and flexibility. While competitively priced, my bike was delivered securely, strapped in an enclosed trailer, and in half the time it would have taken for me to mail a postcard back home. I've never seen somebody do their job so well. He's the BEST OF THE BEST.
