Did a good job overall. I was a little nervous at the beginning because the bike nearly fell over while loading it, and the left handlebar did make contact with the side of the van. However, they were very nice and helpful. And even transported a decent size box of my motorcycle gear as well. There was a little miscommunication regarding the delivery time, only in that the delivery time was earlier than what we needed, because no one was available to pick up the bike.

Overall good experience. The listed shipper is more of a broker; and thus after booking, I had to deal more so with the shippers directly. There was a moderate delay in the departure and arrival times, but the movers were friendly and helpful.

Ben was great to work with. He was really flexible with pickup and drop off. Did a good job of keeping in touch via phone/text/email. I was shipping my first motorcycle, and although I was nervous (naturally), Ben did an excellent job throughout the process. I will recommend/use him again without question.
