I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We did a very terrible job on this transport. Our communication was off the customer had to call us over and over again. We didn’t have any trucks in this area and we cannot broker out any trucks to pick up this vehicle for reasons that are out of our control we are very sorry to the customer but this was a botched Transport

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services after missing the promised delivery date by days and with no communication, i finally got a hold of someone which wouldn't let me finish a sentence, kept on interrupting me and wouldn't take any responsibility for the fact they have not picked up my shipment over 13 days and now they just cancelled the shipment. So I'm forced to start over to try to bring my car from Florida to MN ( which I'm not in Florida any longer ) and now have no car in MN and I'm forced to rent till i get my car.

The driver took great care of the boat during the transport. It arrived in good condition and in time. I would use this driver again with a next shipment.
