Dave is a true professional, he does not mess around! Straight up business. GREAT communication with me and the sellers. I could contact him at almost ANYTIME via phone, text, & both of my e-mails, also Facebook. I've dealt with many shippers over the years, they all have their good points. Dave's is his flexibility, thinking outside the box, and no B/S attitude. If you have an issue, he can deal with that. If he needs assistance, he lets you know ahead of time. No surprises. I love this guy!

With this shipper all I can say is AWESOME!! Vince must be one of the hardest working, most efficient, professional, and great customer service and communications shippers on this website! This man treated my bike the same way I treat my bike. Attention to detail, very careful, and very confident in his work. Its hard to describe how truly happy I was with my shipment. Jim has some GREAT feedbacks because he certainly earns them! 100% quality, reliable, fun, and hard-working shipper. Awesome communications and arrival and delivery on scheduled with ZERO issues. Too bad I cannot have this guy as my own private shipper because he is just a cut above the rest. I could go on and on, but it would all be the same. This shipment was one of the WORST Experiences I've ever had with U-Ship. I don't know where to start, and I'm actually trying to forget this, but it started out bad and only got worse! I'm glad they are not on this site anymore, but if they ever come back...PLEASE get another shipper!

Chad was very professional and gave my machine the utmost care. He was very punctual and kept us informed throughout the entire trip. He sent pictures of the machine's condition from pickup to delivery. His rate is fair and he is a very stand up guy. I would definitely recommend, and use his services again in the future.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider WORST COMMUNICATION EVER!!!! NEVER BEFORE HAVE I ENCOUNTERED SUCH INCOMPETENCE! CAPS LOCK IS ON BECAUSE I AM SO PISSED OFF I CAN HARDLY TYPE THIS!! NOTHING BUT BULLSYHT EXCUSES..."MY PHONE WAS BROKE" (after I accepted his bid and couldn't contact him for two days, via multiple e-mails and multiple voice mails)...DAY OF THE PICKUP "I will send you an e-mail and let you know the status" - NO E-MAIL UNTIL THE NEXT DAY, AFTER I HAD TO PROMPT HIM WITH ANOTHER VOICE MAIL AND E-MAIL...HIS RESPONSE "I t

Ricky's an awesome shipper. I know that every time I have a positive experience with UShip I always find myself saying that this guy was the best one ever. Well, that's a little unfair, because at the time, I could be 100% satisfied with my shipper, and think their the best; later on I have another shipper and say that he's the best! So I don't want to take away anything from my awesome previous shippers. That being said, for this shipment with Ricky, it was 100% perfect! I HIGHLY recommend him.
