I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I am very flexible on my pick up and have communicated with Matt regarding shippers availability and gave him the shippers name and number but shipper has not heard from him. Shipper tried calling him and no response and I have called and emailed Matt and no response. Im sick and tired of no communication. Im probably just gonna go pick up myself

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Dan seemed happy to have this job. He contacted my shipper and madd an appointment to pick up. But never showed up and calls go to voice mail with no return from Dan. Its very embarrassing as my shipper was very upset as he traveled special to meet Dan at the place of pick up. A big waste of time for everyone. I have also emailed and called Dan begging for a response but nothing.

Once again Jay and Paula delivered!!! I had the benefit of using them prior to this shipment and once again, their quote was competitive and they were able to pick up and deliver in short order. They kept me up to date with their progress during their trip as well. I would highly recommend them for any of your shipping needs.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I made it very clear that the ship to address is a residence, but the shipper said that because the it is a residence, my price would go from 295 to 350. I even gave them an offer to do it for 310 as was the next lowest quote before I accepted, but they cannot do it. I have already relisted the shipment as I cannot wait any longer

advised customer that original quote was not included with residence fee by mistake and needed to be added to quote rate customer advised will find cheaper rate and canceled.

Jay and Paula were terrific. They are true Professionals. If you need it shipped, they will get it done for you. My item arrived in one piece after great communication from Jay and Paula to keep me posted as to when they would pick up and deliver. Working around schedules was no problem! I'll use them again if the situation arises.
