The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not show up to pick up the shipment on the day agreed, or the following day. Will not return my emails, answer his phone, or call me back. Spoke to his girlfriend/wife, who was very unprofessional, stating that "they had things to take care of" and wasn't sure that they were going to pick this item up for us.
