A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We were going to pick up the bike in OH and deliver it to Chicago but the gentleman in Chicago would not release the bike to us until he recieved the bike from OH. We tried to work something out with them but the gentleman in OH decided to just tranfer the bikes himself. If Gregg ever does need anything shipped again, we would be more than willing to help him out. He tried very hard to work it out so that it would fit into our schedule. Please refund his deposit. Thank you.

Awesome job by Russ !Took the time in a driving sleet / snow storm to make sure my bike was covered and secure before departure. Communication was perfect during the entire round trip. Returned promptly with my other bike right on time. Handled bikes like they were his own. I cannot say enough good things about Russ. Contact him with total confidence !!
