I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Make contact with customer after booking shipment. Customer had no pickup address for items to be transported. Four and a half hours later after several calls and voicemail I still have no address for pickup and no response from customer. Unfortunately I cannot sit and wait for $100 shipment 4 hours to get in a dress that should have been supplied upon booking.
