The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped This customer shipped the vehicle himself. I called him on Monday informing him that we had a carrier for the vehicle and he told me that he was already moving the vehicle.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider accepted the terms of the shipment knowing it had to be moved timely. He failed to move pick up the vehicle when he was suppose to causing me to have to make my own arrangementa to have it picked up or pay 50.00 per day storage.
