About Me

I build rat rods, pro street and pre 74 muscle cars. I ship front ends, rear ends, bodies, and partial projects. Have completed several motor and transmission shipments, and will have complete cars, and running driving projects to ship, mostly in the united states, west coast mostly. Most projects are not urgent, and I try to use the same shippers that I have dealt with before. I pay through paypal, or if I am in the country, cash on delivery.

This bid was placed by accident. Shipper already has canceled on us before.

Just make wrong justifiers. Shipper placed a bid on a shipment AFTER earlier cancellations. Then when I accepted thier bid, he then cancels it with the lame excuse above, causing me to have to try to recontact other bidders on the shipment, which understandably they would be reluctant to take after a cancellation. Terrible customer relations from this company, they should wise up, and put this guy on the phone out to pasture.

We have emailed this customer several times, and it appears he is not receiving our email. No phone number for him on the uship site. Finally yesterday the shipper emailed us with a phone number and info, yet has not returned our calls or email messages.

Just justifiers. I work with email all the time, I got no calls, messages, or anything else. Shipper blamed the uship system for not sending details. Drug his feet on a critical shipment, and was low toned and unfriendly when talking to him on phone. Because this is a broker, he tries to make me wrong by cancelling other bids on different shipments, AFTER he had bid on them.

People were friendly, tried a couple times to get it delivered, but receipt point not available. Left at ship dock, they did good job. Stayed in communication from several thousand miles away. I will use again.

Due to circumstances beyond carrier's control, customer's drop shipment location / consignee for this shipment wasn't readily available or responding to carrier's VM messages to schedule delivery. Customer most understanding for difficulties encountered by carrier with consignee's "non-availability" to receive in a timely manner. However with persistence "drop shipment" delivery was effected for the customer by consignee pick-up. Would appreciate the opportunity to be of service again.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I had trouble with this shipper before, but decided let bygones be bygones. They took the deposit, and then bid on this shipment, then canceled on me again for unknown reasons. Both times they hung me up, and I had to relist the shipment. Service provider is not what they appear to be.

We do not charge a deposit, customer ignored our emails and phone calls. We are in the shipping business, not the wasting peoples time business.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the bid, and sent the information from your site. Shipper said the form was blank. I sent them the information both in email and resent the form. Sent them two more emails, no answer in two days. I need this thing shipped asap. I have juggled it around to where the pickup point man is waiting on a call, with this shipment in his truck.
