The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I accepted a bid with Montway Transport on the 4th. It is now the 13th. Montway has never called me to discuss the shipment. I have called them 5 times and I got the runaround every time. Montway Transports terms clearly state that the vehicle will be picked up within 5 days of bid acceptance. It's been 10. I want to cancel the shipment now. I want a refund of my deposit. I sent a note to customer support about this earlier today. Thanks for the meaningless response. What a waste of ti
