This was a total disaster, worst I have I have ever had on Uship. the price ended up 30% over what was bid, the car was delivered in the middle of the night with gas siphoned out, a ruined battery, completely filthy, by two Russian Guys who spoke little English - I had to tow the damn car off the transport backwards myself. They didn't get it a mile from my house. I would never and I repeat NEVER use Cascade again. If they were closer, I would sue them immediately

You always have the option to decline a carrier that requests more money. You made the decision to accept this truck. Please don't put down the drivers, they do their job and they work really hard. I am sorry that they delivered in the middle of the night, but you could have told them to wait until morning. Happy holidays!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After repeated attempts over a week to contact the shipper to set up a delivery date, he would not reply. In checking his profile, and reading the comments of others, he is apparently no longer in business. I left many emails and messages, only once he answered and told me he would be in touch.
