I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment A deal was made with another shipper that if I brought the price down we'd have a deal. The load that I am requesting to cancel was going to be a side load. Without the original deal from the first shipper I will lose around $200 if I ship this load. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope to work with you in the future.

Although there were some hiccups being on schedule and prepared, Scott did a good job making sure the boat was secured correctly. Communication would be the key improvement point. Everybody experiences issues with these types of moves, but Scott could work towards being more communicative about the issues quickly so they can be dealt with. Keep working at it Scott...you'll get there

Shipment was one small part, picked up in the middle of no where with no real loading appointment and done for almost no profit (a few dollars) and my opinion to your feedback is malarky!!
