BOL issues - gave up on tax exemption - couldn't get correct, timely paperwork. Once the items were picked up delivery was perfect

You requested paperwork that is supplied by USHIP once the items are picked up, the EBOL is generated, you never requested tax exemption and regardless of the fact the payment goes through USHIP not us, you need to send them your W9 or tax resale certificate. A BOL was issued before pickup by us within days after the quote was accepted and more than 2 days prior to pickup. Thank you

This was a terrible experience. the forklift was knocked off the truck at the first overpass (less than 1/2 mi from start of trip). Trucker's insurance wouldn't pay because unauthorized load. I was left stuck with a $40k repair claim. BAD, BAD, BAD - DO NOT TRUST THIS DRIVER!!

Im sure everyone wants to know my side. Well I was to pickup a forklift that was to be a small unit, I get there and its huge. We put it on and the employee that helps me load and chain it , also was helping me measure. The numbers that I was givin added up to 13'6" and so I went. I got to the 1st overpass and struck it, the lift turned out to be 14'6" NOT LEGEL! I got fired and have no idea what that company did after I left. I have my own authority and all the insurance to cover and and all!
