EXCELLENT. THIS TEAM (HUSBAND/WIFE) WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. LOADED AND UNLOADED THE BIKE WITHOUT ANY DAMAGAGES. PICKED AND DELIVERED AS COMMUNICATED. I LOVE THIS TEAM, I WILL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN!!!!! THANKS YALL!!!! SEE YOU NEXT TIME!!!!!

this was my first experience completing a uship transaction. i must pat myself on the back here, because i selected a real winner in a shipper. this guy communicated from bid to delivery. very up front and honest about all events. he drove continuously to make his deadlines and actually delivered the bike earlier than expected. my customer was extremely happy with the product and the delivery!!! i didnt have a $30k bike, but mike handled it like one!!! Give him a shot...you'll be glad!!! Response from Mjabbru: Customer satisfaction is among the top of the priorities list, and isnt easy to say the least. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO CANCEL OUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO THE HOLDING FACILITY OF THE VEHICLE. THE HOLDING FACILITY IS CHARGING STORAGE FEES FOR EVERY DAY THE VEHICLE IS NOT PICKED UP AND I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS CIRCUMSTANCE. DUE TO THIS FACT, I MUST HAVE THE VEHICLE MOVED MUCH SOONER THAN EXPECTED; OTHERWISE, I HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND THE SCHEDULE DATE OF PICK UP. I DO PLAN TO USE THEIR SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. I SIMPLY CAN NOT AFFORD PAYING ADDITIONAL STORAGE FEES AND MUST HAV
