Jim & his wife are great! He really knows what he is doing when it comes to shipping bikes, & as another said before me "If you need 24/7 communication, he may not be for you." But if you want someone to handle your items as if they were their own and someone you can honestly trust to get the job done, then go with no other then Jim! We really appreciate everything he did for us and our son "173rd Airborne" it was a pleasure to meet him and speak to w/his wife. Once again we Thank You Very Much!
