The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been trying to get ahold of the service provider since we accepted the shipment, no contact has been made with us from the shipper. Finally today we were able to get in contact with the shipper after leaving several messages and emails. The shipment was supposed to be picked up this morning, which has obviously passed. The shipper claims he had to take his 90yr old mother to the airport and in the process he was t boned and hospitalized. Not getting out until today and then needing to fin

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have been in contact with the service provider regarding this shipment. He informed me he was having truck problems and would not be able to pick up or deliver my puppy until the end of last week. I then tried calling him and his cell phone has been disconnected. So at this time I am not able to contact him, nor do I feel comfortable shipping my puppy with him due to his lack of communication.

My Dodge Truck was stolen so I borrowed a Land Rover from a buddy. It broke down numorous times. Due to all of this I was days behind schedual. My phone has always been active and not sure why you had trouble contacting me. I thought all was clear and understood and am sorry if that was not true. Best of luck to you with shipping you puppy. My truck has been recovered and I am back to hauling full time.
