The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The broker I choose could not locate a truck to pick-up from Brooklyn in the time frame and the bid price that was agreed upon.

Very impressed with the level of communication, timeliness,friendliness,and service-oriented attitude. Joe really went over and beyond to compensate for delays caused by an auction yard - they still came through as scheduled! Cost was 1/2 of some other quoted received.
