Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time he hasn't returned my call I have not received any email I will be at his location within 24 hrs as scheduled thanks

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I reject the cancellation for reason I am on the road to pick up shipment when I try to reach him by cellphone all I get is voicemail I leave a message with no return call other customers comunicate with me daily have receoved nothing in my email thanks

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I can not afford another cancelation becuase it is going to hurt my feedback score. In our profile and I also told him that it will take about two to two and a half weeks to get this shipment completed. Please do not cancle this shipment becuase my rating is so low becuase of people like this.
