Tim worked with us to coordinate the pickup and delivery; though the bike arrived with some minor damage (broken turn signal), Tim was gracious and professional enough to deduct from the total due in order to cover the damage, in case it occurred en route. Uship.com was a new experience for me and I was a bit unsure and nervous, after my experience I would not hesitate to do this again. Thanks, Tim...I would contact you again.
