Kathy was wonderful! She was very compassionate with my 88 year old Mom who had to give up her companion to my sister since she is no longer able to care for her. Kathy kept in touch throughout the trip, letting us know how our chihuahua was doing! That helped my Mom tremendously! We would definitely use Kathy's service again!
