Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services The email that I have for the customer is invalid. The phone number I have for pick up is invalid and goes to Bank of America. I have no pick up address. The receiver does not have information on the pickup. I have already contacted Heather at Uship to help me locate this customers information. If I have valid information then I would be happy to pick up.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services WE CALL MANY TIMES AND SEND A EMAIL, AND SERVICE PROVIDER, WE DONT HAVE COMUNICATIONS,I NEED TO PICK UP THE MACHINE

We had to contact Uship to try to reach this customer. Customers email address was incorrect, customers phone number was incorrect. There was no pick up instructions and the phone number for the pickup went to Bank of America Wire transfer department. None of the information I had was correct and I choose not to continue on due to the fact we were afraid of not getting payment either.
