Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

Great Communication and very nice gentleman. Was able to help me out at the last minute when another shipper had mechanical issues. Would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him to others when they have a shipping need.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Mary contacted by text at 8:14PM on Friday night to inform me she had a transmission failure and could not pick up the trailer and would start the cancellation also on her side.

I am going to give this experience on a scale of 1 to 10 around a 7. Truck was picked up late and delivered late but overall it was delivered. The delivery time was at 9pm at night when it was supposed to be around 3pm when contacted. Communication needs some improvement for answering the phones and updates as to where the shipment is at.

Great communication from pickup of the load all the way to delivery. Load was delivered early and would use again with no hestitation. Thanks a bunch D & L shipping.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The seller of the item has contacted the the bidder who responded that he knew nothing of the shipment prior to the 28th the day of pick up. I called the company contact who gave me me Andy J's cell phone number.
I called and left two messages along with an email that there may have been some miscomm somewhere so the day of pickup and delivery could slide as needed but have not received any response.
The email sent contained the booking information and confirmation of his winning bid.
