Was told the shipment had an open window of delivery after booking it went to a rush order. Client was not understanding of our break downs. We always try to call atleast 1 day before delivery and set up a window of anywhere from 2~4 hours for delivery.She was not impressed with that method. We were 3 hours late due to a second breakdown in our penske truck within 24 hours.We do apologize for the inconvenience it may have cause you. Everyone on this trip has a delay so it wasn't just u.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Customer was not able to be reached during multiple times contact was attempted and was not in the country to meet on schedule date and had also informed the company that their purchase for their new home did not gothrough so they will no longer be needing to move and have to keep their storage until they were able to find a new home to purchase.

Communication was fine but scheduling pick up and drop off was a pain... if you don't need the item anytime soon and you can be home during the long pick-up and drop-off windows then great.

We were told pick up and drop off was an open schedule no hurry.After booking it all changed to a rush order.Yes we were 3 hours late at delivery due to a truck break down.We only call day before with a time window for next day. Next time u need something shipped from the east coat to the west coast please be considerate to drivers that work hard and try to stay on task,driving 3000 miles is hard and adding break downs back to back is harder for some people to understand.We strive for excellence

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Once shipment was booked, after 3days of calling and emailing, the provider responded "if July18th would work?"After responding to that email, I was shunned with no responses. After begging via email, they gave me dispatchers number to call who scheduled pickup btwn 1-2pm on 7/19. At 2pm on 7/19 I called the dispatcher and was told the driver was running 4 hours late! I thus changed my flight time to Chicago to wait for the driver. After waiting 5 additional hours with no contact or updates fro

Along with keeping me updated every step of the way, matt was a pretty cool guy too. He took care of my motorcycle and let me feel from the very beginning that it was in good hands. He rides bikes too so he knows what he is doing. Definitely would do business with him again!
