Doug did a great job for us. He was prompt in getting things going, came over promptly to assess the trailer and provided valuable advice regarding the tie down of the boat on the trailer. On the road, he made steady progress and arrived just when he said he would. We loved the tracking device so we would know just where he was at any given time.
