The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service was booked on 5/10/12. The SP indicated the following timeframe: SP will pick up within 3 days of booking. SP will deliver within 2 days of pickup. This means the SP committed to picking up the unit no later than 5/13 and dropping it off no later than 5/15 which would have met my time requirement. I received an email from the SP stating that the indicate timeframe is no longer possible to meet. I am not demanding to have this unit delivered earlier but delivered within agreed time.

No, this was booked and then during email communication you told me that the pickup was not available on the weekend when I would be in the area as agreed. You told me to wait til Monday, I am not able to just sit somewhere for 3 days. Not only that, Monday was the 14th. It is not physically possible to make a 2 day trip in 1 day - hence the reason for cancellation. Your time frame was NOT POSSIBLE.

Great, almost instant communication. I arranged the shipment with a few instant messages and a Juraj called me right back to confirm the details.
