People kept telling me they had issue after issue when I was to vacate my apartment the following day. Then they called back and wanted to reschedule. Really?!!!? My 65 year old mother ended up having to help me move with a budget truck from SC to FL after a deposit was already paid (which I had to struggle to get back).

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I misunderstood the pick-up and delivery date when the bid was placed and I needed my horse before then. Provider communicated well with me despite my misunderstanding.
