Was not comfortable with giving credit card # over phone. I ask provider to do credit card transaction with paypal he refused.

Delivery made on time communication skills need improvement.

If you notice they put low stars on punctuality but said delivered on time And then service not as described when the item was delivered a day early!! And then for the communication part the company jeff works for gave the incorrect address for the customer which obviously caused a problem as we waited for them to figure out where the customer actually lived, Totally a false feedback,I think we were more than fair with this customer

Thanks Jeff, was my pleasure to help you out & deliver these for you. *** If I can ask you to please look at the 'Feedback" story that was tagged on my account that says is from you saying " You changed your bid method without notifing your customers.Please improve communications with past customers in the future. - Jeff C." Not sure if you can get Uship to remove this & place onto the transporter it belongs to. A negative story like this could definitely hurt my business if left as is. Terry

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I ask the provider for a secure credit card payment they refused. I ask if we could do a credit card through paypal they refused.
