After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer WE TRIED MANY TIMES TO CAL THE SHIPPERS SELLER HE WOULDNT CALL US BACK WE SAID ALL ALONG WOULD BE THERE BEST SUNDAY MORE LIKLY MONDAY FINALY THE ONE GETS HOLD OF THE DRIVER SAID DONT HAVE TIME NOT GOING TO MAKE TIME HEAD TO A FLIGHT , WE TRIED FOR 3 DAYS TO CALL HE DIDNT CARE TO CALL US WE HAVE 3 NUMBERS TO CALL AND HE DIDNT CALL NOT ONE THE SHIPPER IS MOST RUDE AND I WOULDNT HAUL FOR HIM IF HE PAID 5K TO MOVE THE BIKE AND HIS LITTLE FRIEND WITH THE BIKE IS THE SAME ALL SHIPPERS BEWARE OF THSE

All I can say about HHMS is impressive. I booked on Thursday, They picked up on Friday and Delivered on Saturday, and this wasn't across town, it was Milwaukee to Memphis. They kept me informed, they were on time, and they took perfect care of the bike. I couldn't have done it better or with more care if I went and did it myself. I highly recomend them and I will tell everybody I know to use them. They restored my faith in UShip after an experience with a terrible shipper. HHMS is the best.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Please se an example of the emails that the shipper has sent to me. Please beware of this shipper. All of the bad comments are true:

THIS SHIPPER IS PAST THE WORDS A CLOWN WE CALLED FOR THREE DAYS TO SET UP THIS AND ALL WE HAD WAS THE RUN AROUND THE DRIVER WENT MORE THEN OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP HIM PEOPLE OUT HERE NEED TO UNDER STAND WE WORK JUST AS HARD AS THEY DO AND SHOULDNT NOT BE DOWN TALK TO JUST BECOUSE YOUR PAYING A SHIPPER DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ABOVE HIM DRIVERS WORK HARD TO MOVE LOADS THIS MAN SENDS NASTY EMAILS AND THINK WE WILL JUMP SORRY IT WILL NOT HAPPEN PS WE CANCEL THIS LOAD THIS SHIPPER DIDNT ASK USHIP
