Leonor was great. Although she was in Guatemala, she made arrangements for pick up and drop off. I would gladly work with her again in the future.

Even tho Leonor was e-mailing and calling me from another country, she was one of the nicest customers I have ever dealt with and made everything super easy for me. An easy pick up in CT, and after the New Year and easy delivery in Miami. Would be happy to haul for Leonor again in the future!

Previously I had trouble working with FedEx because we are not a US company; payments were hard to manage. It was great that we could benefit from FedEx's services without having an account directly with them. Service was efficient and cost was reasonable.
