I requested a door-to-door delivery; got a call that my truck would be deliviered to a pickup station over 30 miles from me. I called to correct the mistake and was told there would be an up-charge. After refusing it, I was told DAS would eat the cost and stick to the agreement.
Delivery was fast, courteous, and professional.
