Juan was polite, courteous,and communicated throughout the shipping process. However the person that he had to meet us for delivery firstly did not show up as scheduledthen when we finally got in contact and rescheduled he showed up late again setting us behind. Then he inspected the motorcycle and cleared the payment as well as gave a inspection slip he said that the motorcycles lights were broken. Then he cursed my wife and called her a liar. Most unpleasant experience we have ever had.
