The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I was unable to see the "more information" until the quote was accepted, there were to many additional items listed there instead of in the shipping contents list. We are unable to help with this due to the size and the amount of the additional items. Reached out to shipper immediately to let him know so he could get this rebooked with a different carrier.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I always make it very plain what is included in shipment. They just didn’t ready the info before they bid. So I think they misrepresented their bid and was hoping to hit us first more money. What creditable trucker would ever bid with our reading the whole listing??
