Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward This guy is a spoiled rich kid and thinks everything should go by his rules! I arrived at pick-up point and they tried to make me take his crates. My initial bid clearly stated that we were out fitted with crates and could not use his. He wanted to continue to argue so I left without his dog's. Not a very nice person at all and is lying about the situation. Claims he would smear my name because I left them standing holding the leashes LOL!!! transporters BEWARE!!

Great shipment. Was my first time in New York City. Everything went very well. It was alot of fun picking these 2 beautiful dogs up and was really easy. Great communication from both parties. Thanks for the business. I would love to ship for you again. Candy

Very good communication throughout the trip. Provided status update at mid-point, called 24 hours before, and called ~1 hour before delivery. Our two dogs were in fine shape and spirits when they arrived. I would highly recommend this shipper. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider + Service Provider wanted to place my two dogs into one crate. I will not agree to this.
+ In addition, the Service Provider was unable to transport my dogs' crates. This was a condition in my listing.
+ Finally, communication with the Service Provider was difficult and the pick-up date was delayed several times. Ultimately, the Service Provider showed up 4 days after the initially agreed upon date. Response from BullyHillbullies: This guy was IMPOSSIBLE!! I arrived in Tampa to pick up dogs and he insisted we take his crates after we exclusively told him we are outfitted with crates allready and could not block our other passengers with hid crates and luggage. He was very argumentive so yes, I left them standing in the driveway with hid dog's. I will not compromise the comfort of our passengers. His other claims are lies as he stated he would smear our name!! See the rest of our feedback and you decide.~Tonda/Get-M-Home

+ Candy was terrific. She communicated often, letting me know how my dogs were doing and where they were on the route. When she neared the destination, she frequently update the recipient, allowing them to get ready for the delivery. I would not hesitate to use her services again or recommend her to others.
