Roger is an excellent shipper. He kept in touch about how Summer was & his location. Summer looking rested and healthy. He asked if he could let the last horse out in my ring to roll. He is the first shipper that ever asked if he could use my ring to give the other horses a break. I also noticed he checked not only summer's legs when he handed her off, but also this last horse. This guy is a true horseman. He cares about your horse. I would use him again in a heart beat! Five stars.

Heather was great. I was pretty nervous about shipping as I had had my own share of horror stories with horse shippers. Heather communicated with me, sent photos, updated her Facebook and had tracking on the entire time. I knew where they were at least three or four times a day. She was excellent about communicating. It took a day extra but that's to be expected. My horses arrived looking pretty good for a trip across the country. I wold use Heather gain in a heart beat.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper seems very nice and honest but she can not meet the dates anymore. Response from LightningHeartRanch: I'm very sorry extenuating circumstances created problems for me being able to transport these horses to their new home at this time. If I can change it I will certainly do it. Mariah would be a pleasure to work with. Best to you and happy trails. Thank you.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am on a tight deadline and needed to move a little more quickly.

Karl should teach a class on how to ship a horse. He was on time. He called every two hours. I saw 1st hand that Karl drove 55 miles an hour as I passed him 3 times. He stopped to water & when he arrived, he not only walked each horses after we unloaded, but he helped me unload heavy items from my truck. He hauled bales of hay at no charge and even offered to take tack and water buckets. This guy is awesome and so was his daughter. I don't ever plan to use another shipper. Karl is gold.

The provider was late for the original pick up at 5am and changed it to 5:30 PM.and then were on time. They were professional, friendly & knew horses. They made up for the late pick up w/ an early arrival. Mia was in perfect condition, w/ not a scratch on her. She was tired, but she seemed alert, not stressed & healthy. The drivers were really nice. They kept in touch w/ me throughout. I got a call back each time within fifteen minutes or they called me. I would highly recommend M & N.
