A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved sorry but i will not be able to transport your car.

Uship won't allow negative feedback to be given if the shipment was completed. This outfit never contacted me and missed the bided pickup date then made an appointment with the seller and never showed up or contacted him. After leaving me stranded without a shipper for over a week backed out of the contract. Very poor business practices.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The Item was pickup before the listing was put on Uship. After Booking I contacted the Customer and he stated he went and pickup the item himself.

Shipper failed to show up and pickup the item. Very poor communication. I was left not knowing the status of my goods until I got a call from the seller asking when these would be picked up. Spent all day driving to pick these up myself.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved i bidded saying i would be there on the 31st they accepted now the guy i was supose to pick up wanted me to come back in a day or two i clearly stated i can only pick up on 31st i drove 300 odd miles and was less then 3 miles away from this pick up and the guy dsaid he didnt want to do it today?????so i have to cancel

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Operater never contacted me to make any arrangements. He failed to meet his set pick up dates and later made arrangements with the trucks owner only to not show up. The seller had to contact me and let me know he never showed. Phoned, left message, no response. Emailed, no response until I filed a complaint with Uship. After a week of waiting now I haveto scramble to get the truck hauled as the owner wants it out of his driveway. To me a contract is a contract and if you can't fulfill it you

This is not true. This feedback was meant for someone else. I was never giving a chance to go pick up the item. I booked this shippment after someone else failed to pick up. Once I called the customer after booking it, He stated that he already went and picked up the item himself because the person he hired failed to pick up. Now for some reason I am left with this feedback I dont deserve because of someone elses screw up and to top it off Uship refuses to take it off my feedback. I DO MY JOB!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider stated in his bid he would pickup the item between Aug. 31 and Sept 1 and deliver the following weekend. I paid for the item in advance so the service provider could pick the item up and now have no means of getting it here. All I know now is I have a lot of money paid out due to the contract entered into by the provider. I have no idea why the seller wouldn't release the item. I talked with him before accepting the shipping and he was fine with those dates.

i told person at pick up i can only pick up on certain day they knew this for a week i show up and person said to come back in day or two

This shipment couldn't have been any better. Rick kept in touch so I knew what was happening, when it was going to be picked up and delivered. These guys did a great job of delivering a hard to manage item. The saw mill they picked up was 26 feet long, 6 1/2 feet wide and 13 feet high, a bulky and hard to manage piece if there ever was one. It arrived on time and in great condition. I wouldn't hesistate to use their service again. Great job, Bob, thanks again.
