Mover made a good, money-saving bid, and items were in good condition. The problem we had was that the initial verbal agreement was a pickup on a THURS or FRI. No contact by FRI, so called the mover and he was a few states away. Mover did not get there by SUN due to delays, so we left our keys with neighbor. Since the mover had to work around neighbor's schedule, the pickup was delayed until MON [PM]. Items were delivered on THURS [AM]. Response from Alamotransport: This was a FLEXIBLE pick up and delivery. I was in constant contact with the shipper the entire time. The shipper asked if I could push up the pick up a few days so he could fly home and I said that I would try my best, but I still was a long way away with a few jobs to pick up before his. The move went great, he even said so. In my opion the customer is really reaching for something to complain about. He paid for a FLEXIBLE move and thats what he got a great move and a huge discount.
