This shipper, Randy, was a complete joy to work with from start to finish. In every minute, he was very commmunicative, reassuring and thorough. Our wonderful cat had a cross-country trip in very safe and kind hands and he arrived safely in my daughter's eager care. I will use him again for any kind of trasport but I especially recommend him for his kind, tenderness with animals and his patience with the parents/owers of the pets he transports. I cannot say ennough about how pleased we are.
