"$teven$autobody" merits a po$itive, but communication issues need shored up. In the inital conversation, they stated that the cars didn't need picked up until the following week, as they were up against storage fees. The next day, they call and state it needs picked up immediately??(overlooked bid timeline; pickup 6 days from booking, and delivery 1 day from pickup.) Spend a day driving to get this done. Upon arrival Copart won't release the cars to me; storage not paid. Improve communication!
