The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This service provider did not meet the time line, was not professional, and did not communicate well.

Cancellation was sent shipper the container yard was weeks behind wasn't able to get to shippers container in a timely fashion also shipper refused to return my calls had no working email in area cancellation was faxed to sisters fax account

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipment was supposed to be picked up within 3 days was not done, company representative requested I relist and said to request credit for deposit paid. Relisted shipment today need credit asap in order to apply to new service provider.
