Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Unfortunately, when I was in Florida and contacted the shipper to see if he wanted this item picked up while I was there, I did'nt receive confirmation back until I was already two states away from location. In addition at the time, there were weather conditions at delivery point which would have made it impossible to deliver until after the holidays. At that point, I noticed that his item was not only back up for bid but was awarded to another transporter $150 less than my original bid.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service Provider has not shipped my vehicle as anticipated. I attempted profuse communication attempts by phone and email with no success. I had to relist the auto for bid and had it shipped with another service provider. I waited 30 days before actually engaging another service provider to give M&M a chance to contact me regarding this shipment.

I contacted shipper and told him I was in pick up area. He said he would call me right back. I got return call 3 states later saying he wanted me to pick up vehicle. A little too late.

Paul is fantastic and I would highly recommend him. I accepted his bid on Thursday night, he picked up my three bikes in FL on Friday afternoon and delivered them to me SAT night in FEET of snow. TERRIFIC COMMUNICATION! Paul hasn't told his wife yet that he wants to move here to the North Pole LOL! Paul, thanks for being a good sport about the all of the white stuff! I have a cold beer waiting for you when you come back with the Magnum! Thanks for taking such great care of my bikes!
